 mixed herbs. Your healthy and exciting recipe is ready to serve the young ones.

Serving colourful food of different flavours, often invite children to taste them. They get easily bored of eating routine food. Cooking the same recipes differently is the key to make the little ones have healthy food. Sometimes, you can also cook a particular recipe as they want, since they too are aware of their choices. Include them in the preparations and let them see the cooking method. That way, they will enjoy their food more.
